Hey, can you explain to me why your signs are made so that the corrugation runs vertically on signs instead of horizontally? It makes the sign significantly weaker against buckling in the wind, it happens basically instantaneously

Hi! The reason is so that they can be used with sign stakes. So corrugated plastic comes in precut sheets with vertical flutes but that is a really good point. I’ll look into it this weekend.

If you offered signs with the corrugation running horizontally it would be significantly better for every locations team I’ve worked for. Nobody really uses the sign stakes as the road signs need to be high up and visible for truck drivers primarily. Thanks for responding!❤️

Yes, definitely. Sometimes crews (mostly outside New York) need stakes and signs with vertical flutes but it’s uncommon. If it’s possible I’ll make the switch. I’ll let you know what I find out. Thanks so much for the feedback.❤️

Hey Sqvxmhn!! We’ll be switching to horizontal flutes as our default and have a second option for vertical flutes. Really such a great idea - I appreciate you bringing it up! Let me know if they work better for you on your next job?
