Refund policy

This policy covers returns, cancellations, and how our buy-back program works.

No returns

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges on custom signs, stock signs or accessories such as wire and bags. Please check your proof before you approve it. The copy you approve is the copy we print.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund before your order goes into production. Once it's in production it can't be cancelled.

Sign buy-back program

Full details are on our Sign Buy-Back Program page. Buy-back is a reuse program. Most recycling programs won't take corrugated plastic signs, and we can't recycle them at the shop. What we can do is clean up the good ones and send them out on another show, so they get a second job before they end up in a landfill. When your show wraps, bring back the signs you bought from us that are still in good shape, and we'll give you credit toward your next order.

  • Our signs only. We take back signs you bought from us. We can't accept signs from any other company, even if they look like ours.
  • Good condition only. Corners and grommets intact, no tears, cracks or heavy tape. Please leave broken signs out. Every broken sign in a return is time we spend sorting trash instead of saving good signs. Untwisting hanging wire on the way down keeps far more signs reusable than cutting zip ties off them.
  • Packed in our bags. Return signs in our clear sign storage bags, so they arrive sorted and flat.
  • Talk to us first. Email or call before you drop off or ship anything. Returns that include signs from other companies, or that get left at the shop without talking to us first, will be turned away.
  • Getting signs back to us. Drop them off at the shop, or ship them at the production's expense. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Credit. We inspect every sign and decide which ones qualify. Credit is paid per sign we can reuse, and reflective signs earn more than standard. We send you a report with the count and a discount code for your next order.
  • Buy-back is not a return. Credit goes toward a future order, not back to your original payment.
