One thing I always consider is the quality of whatever I'm buying. Is this item practical? Will I wear it for years to come? Can it last that long?
One of the best wrap gifts I've ever gotten was a waterproof Patagonia duffle bag with the show's name on it. Because it's waterproof and really well made I've used this so many times over the past nine years. It's still in perfect condition.
