Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States. Most of our work goes to productions in New York, New Jersey and the tri-state area, and local orders are usually cheaper and faster to pick up than to ship.

Local pickup

Pickup is free at our shop: 39-11 47th Ave, Unit A, Sunnyside, NY 11104. Tell us you'll pick up when you submit your order, and we will contact you when it's ready. Text, call or email for pickup hours.

Production time

We aim to produce orders within 3–5 business days of approving your artwork. Production time starts when the proof is approved, not when the order is placed. If we are waiting on copy, artwork or an approval from you, the clock hasn't started.

Rush timing can often be arranged. Text, call or email before you order and we will tell you what's possible.

Shipping time and cost

Shipping is added to your confirmed total, based on weight and destination. Delivery time depends on the carrier and service selected, and is separate from production time.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, including weather, carrier backlogs or incorrect addresses supplied with an order. Please check your shipping address before submitting an order.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you when we hand the order to the carrier, or when you pick it up.

Damaged or missing shipments

If an order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the contents and email us within 7 days. If a shipment doesn't arrive, contact us with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.
